Job summary

SoftPro, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, design, and delivery of a cloud-native SaaS Bank Reconciliation Platform. Hybrid in Raleigh or fully remote with East Coast hours and occasional travel to HQ up to 5 times per year.

You will own the product vision, drive a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Engineering to deliver automated matching, exception management, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years managing SaaS products.
• Experience with financial technology (FinTech), banking, payments, treasury, or accounting platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading software products from concept through deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Develop a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
• Drive onboarding experiences for banking integrations and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance and security alignment with NACHA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and audit requirements.
