Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on technical platforms or data products.
• Strong systems thinking and durable platform solutions.

• Ability to operate at near-term execution and long-term platform vision.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for reconciliation platform including bank charter work.
• Partner with engineers to map data flows, schemas, transformations, and failure modes.
• Define priorities with product, accounting, finance, and reconciliation ops.
• Evolve platform for long-term scale and cross-team reuse.
• Build tools to identify discrepancies, diagnose causes, and report accurately.
• Balance urgent needs with long-term platform leverage.
• Develop deep understanding of money movement and accounting systems to guide tradeoffs.
