Job summary

SoftPro, a Fidelity National Financial division, seeks a SaaS Product Software Architect to shape the technical vision for our cloud-native SaaS platform. The role is hybrid in Raleigh, NC or Jacksonville, FL, with 2-3 days in the office weekly.

You will drive architectural strategies, evaluate new technologies, and mentor teams while translating business needs into scalable, reliable solutions. Strong Azure/Kubernetes and REST API experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with platform-level design.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy for our new SaaS product initiative.
• Evaluate technologies and guide best practices.
• Lead product and development teams on architecture.
• Create system designs and architectural roadmaps.
• Develop prototypes for complex design elements.
• Mentor SaaS team members and review designs.
• Document architectures and ensure standards.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams in Agile environments.
