Job summary

SoftPro, a Fidelity National Financial division headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a cloud-native SaaS Bank Reconciliation Platform. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, and work closely with finance and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

The role can be based in Raleigh or fully remote; East Coast hours are required, with travel to our Raleigh HQ up to five times per year for

This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for a modern reconciliation solution that automates the matching, validation, exception management, and reporting of financial transactions across multiple banking partners, payment networks, and accounting systems. The position can be in our **Raleigh, NC** office (hybrid), or fully remote.
