Qualifications

Extensive experience with enterprise cloud infrastructure products.
Hands-on with at least one public cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Ability to translate technical feedback into requirements for product and engineering teams.
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup and works well with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon.
Collaborate with account executives to tailor demonstrations.
Lead client onboarding and design customized Eon solutions.
Advise on tracking implementations and best practices.
Create technical content such as sample code, blog posts, and workshops.
Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building.
Gather client feedback to influence product roadmaps.
