Job summary
Eon is transforming cloud backups into valuable assets with our Cloud Backup Posture Management platform. We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud backup solutions, driving technical discussions with clients and coordinating with product and engineering teams.
You will work closely with enterprises to map business needs, translate feedback into requirements, and influence product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with enterprises on cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
- Advanced technical skills to troubleshoot complex problems and design custom solutions.
- Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel up to 30% within the US.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon.
- Collaborate with account executives to align capabilities with client needs.
- Lead new client onboarding and map business requirements to Eon's solution.
- Advise on tracking implementations and guide deployment processes.
- Create technical content such as sample code, blogs, and workshops.
- Travel occasionally for workshops, support, and relationship building.
- Gather feedback to influence product roadmaps and tech evolution.
