Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider from a dev/ops perspective.
• Advanced technical skills for troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon.
• Partner with account executives to meet client requirements.
• Lead new client onboarding and map business needs.
• Advise on best tracking implementation strategies.
• Create technical content such as code samples and white papers.
• Travel for workshops and client relationship building.
• Gather client feedback and influence product roadmaps.
