Job summary

Amazon seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers accelerate their cloud adoption journey and realize sustained business value. You will design and execute migrations to AWS, build cloud-native solutions, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners.

You will lead with a business outcome mindset, apply technical acumen, and drive end-to-end customer journeys spanning IT, operations, and business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C‑Suite
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations
• Assist in developing long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team
