Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager in San Francisco to drive adoption of cloud solutions for large and strategic customers. You will own the cloud journey, align business and technical goals, and guide customers through people, process, and technology changes.

You will partner with sales and engineering to define roadmaps, secure executive sponsorship, and deliver value through migrations and modernization programs at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
• 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS and value realization for customers through cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives
• Define the customer cloud business case and establish a vision/roadmap for their cloud program
• Act as customer advocate to resolve blockers to migrations and ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive new business and customer outcomes
