Motorola Solutions in California is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist for cloud access control, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Cloud Sales. You will manage end-customer relationships, drive cloud access control revenue, and expand market share across commercial verticals.

Working with the VS&A Channel Sales Executive team, you will be the internal expert for Alta Access and support regional sales activities, including demos, quoting, and joint calls.

Competenze

• 4+ years of access control solutions sales and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to customers.
• Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with cloud-based security software and related tools.
• Comfort using Google Workspace and MS Office Apps (Excel/Sheets).

Mansioni

• Develop territory strategy and drive revenue targets in the California region.
• Expand accounts for Motorola Solutions' cloud-based Access Control portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and CSE teams to identify end-user opportunities.
• Conduct joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and project quotations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline data and deliver forecasting and territory reporting.
