Indiana Home Title LLC is seeking a Settlement Professional in Seymour, Indiana. The role centers on delivering a smooth closing experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and transaction partners, handling pre-closing, closing preparation, and closing tasks with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and an effective communicator, with responsibilities spanning pre-closing, closing preparation, and closing activities, including travel to various Indiana office

Responsibilities

• Pre-Closing Processing: gather information, obtain mortgage payoffs, order surveys, clear title, confirm closing details, maintain stakeholder communication.
• Closing Preparation: enter lender figures, prepare CDs and settlement statements, send documents for review, distribute finalized statements, resolve outstanding items with parties.
• Closing: balance funds, print closing documents, conduct closings, guide signers through documents, finalize files for post-closing, follow up with customers.
• Customer & Business Relationships: build relationships with brokers and real estate professionals; promote a seamless closing experience; participate in events and provide management feedback.
