Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Settlement Closer to facilitate real estate closings. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, clearing title, preparing final closing documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties.

The role requires strong organization and excellent communication. Responsibilities include conducting closings, disbursing funds, recording documents with the County, and addressing post-closing escrows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in Title Insurance preferably 2 years as a settlement closer.
• Knowledge of real estate closing process.
• Ability to collaborate with lenders to prepare final closing disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation provided to clear title.
• Respond in a timely and professional manner with customers and sales agents.
• Conduct closing.
• Disbursement of funds.
• Record documentation with County.
• Address post-closing escrows.

Education

Some college preferred
