Responsibilities

• Obtain information required to prepare transactions for closing.
• Gather mortgage payoffs, HOA info, invoices, and other required documents.
• Order surveys when necessary.
• Clear title requirements prior to closing.
• Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements.
• Distribute statements to lenders and parties.
• Conduct real estate closings with buyers and sellers.
• Travel to Indiana Home Title office locations as needed.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and real estate professionals.
