Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Closing Specialist to assist Owners and guests with property use, contracts, and revenue-enhancing opportunities. The role emphasizes guest loyalty, sequence of follow-ups, and cross-team collaboration.

The position supports a flexible service mindset, ensuring accurate paperwork and responsive communication with the Sales team to drive memorable vacation experiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the Owner through discovery.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval).
• Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation.
• Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking.
• Uses sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
