• Deep title and escrow experience, not five or ten years—real, seasoned expertise.
• Led closers, examiners, and admins; hiring, coaching and accountability.
• Proficient with title platforms like Softpro and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee title operations across high volume transactions.
• Own the client experience end-to-end and ensure closing quality.
• Build and refine internal processes to protect files and relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the closers, examiners, and support staff.
• Partner with the real estate division to streamline end-to-end deals.
