Qualifications

• 3-5 years in real estate, mortgage, title, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Post Closing and DA teams, coaching and developing leaders.
• Set operating model, priorities, and standards to scale with volume across states.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; drive corrective action to hit targets.
• Serve as escalation point for complex commission, distribution, and compliance issues.
• Lead cross-functional process, tech, and workflow improvements to increase accuracy and reduce turnaround.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit trails.
• Partner with VP and other departments on planning and issue resolution.
• Oversee staffing and capacity planning aligned with growth.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
