Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company seeks a Customer Experience Officer to drive a seamless closing process. You will coordinate daily closing activities, manage orders, and maintain client data, while providing top-tier administrative support and coaching to peers.

You will interact with clients, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate, timely information throughout the closing experience, aligning with our core values and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in clear, professional communication and writing skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold the Land Title Guarantee Company culture, coaching colleagues as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily closing activities, calendars, meetings, and events.
• Process incoming customer orders following established New Order Entry procedures.
• Compile personal profile information for sellers, buyers, and borrowers in the customer management system.
• Assist in creating, preparing, and distributing vital reports and data for over/short reports and escheating.
• Provide administrative support, including document distribution, memos, file management, and office supplies procurement.
• Represent Land Title at department marketing activities and after-hours events as required.
• Support the team by handling related duties as assigned.
