Land Title is seeking a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist in Crested Butte, CO to ensure a seamless closing process and outstanding client service. You will coordinate daily activities, assist in New Orders, manage files, and support reporting while representing Land Title to clients and partners.

The role emphasizes culture, training, wellness, and long-term career growth within a collaborative team dedicated to Colorado real estate knowledge and impeccable customer care.

Responsibilities

• Champion Our Culture: Model and uphold Land Title culture, coaching others.
• Support Our Customers: Answer inquiries promptly, accurately, and helpfully.
• Manage the Closing Experience: Coordinate daily closing activities, schedules, meetings, events.
• Initiate New Orders: Process incoming orders per New Order Entry procedures.
• Maintain Customer Data: Compile seller/buyer/borrower information in CRM.
• Drive Reporting & Compliance: Create/distribute vital reports and data for over/short/escheating.
• Provide Administrative Excellence: Handle memos, files, supplies, and clerical tasks.
• Represent Land Title: Participate in department marketing activities and events as needed.
• Adapt & Assist: Take on related duties to support the team.
