Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company in Crested Butte, CO seeks a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Land Title and to coordinate the closing experience for clients. You will handle inquiries, enter New Orders, and maintain accurate client data within our CRM while supporting daily closing activities.

The role combines front-desk hospitality with closing operations, offering growth within a collaborative culture and exposure to Colorado real-estate closing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold Land Title culture, acting as a coaching mentor to others.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily closing activities, including room schedules, calendars, meetings and events.
• Process incoming customer orders by following established work procedures for New Order Entry.
• Compile personal profiles of sellers, buyers and borrowers in our CRM.
• Prepare and distribute vital reports and support data for over/short reports and escheating.
• Provide essential administrative support: documents, memos, files and office supplies.
• Represent Land Title at after-hours functions if required.
• Assist with other duties to support the team.
