Job summary

Drees Homes is seeking a Closing Coordinator for the Midwest Region to manage the closing process from documents to final settlements. You will liaise with lenders, title companies, Realtors, and customers to ensure accuracy and timely closings.

The role requires 2+ years in mortgage/title or homebuilding, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Weekdays 8 AM–5 PM with potential overtime; competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage & title industry or homebuilding industry
• Experience coordinating closings and handling closing disclosures
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work with customers in face-to-face situations under pressure

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate closing paperwork accurately and timely
• Act as liaison between the Company, lenders, title company, Realtors and customers
• Set up and maintain customer files
• Attend closings in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as needed
• Audit final bills, deeds and other closing documents
• Track and distribute keys and Certificates of Occupancy
• Prepare and distribute reports to HOA management companies
• Assist with sales coordination and close information updates in JD-Edwards
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support the Division
