Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months of related experience or training.

• Proficiency with MS Office and email is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain closing packages.
• Obtain expected closing dates from construction management for all contracts.
• Coordinate with lenders, title, sales team and buyers to ensure timely closings.
• Review closing disclosures and file closing documents.
• Coordinate with mortgage and title companies to set closing appointments.
• Update completion stages and actual closing dates in company systems.
• Distribute Stage Reports to construction management.
• Perform bank deposits as needed and file all closing documents.
