Job summary

Arbor Homes is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support the closing process across multiple communities. You will monitor CofO readiness, coordinate timelines with lenders, title partners and Area Managers, and prepare final closing packages.

The role involves managing CDs, escrow fees, and related expenses, coordinating document prep and RWC paperwork, and ensuring smooth ownership transfer at closing while acting as an authorized signer as scheduled.

Responsibilities
