Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC in the United States is seeking a results-driven sales closer to convert inbound demos into signed clients. You will run booked demos, diagnose prospects, pitch solutions, handle objections, and collect payment on the call.

You will own the pipeline from booked call to close, including pre-call prep, follow-up on no-shows, and reschedules, with a focus on hitting monthly close rate, cash collected, and new MRR targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2k+/mo retainers or $5k+ one-time) over phone/Zoom.
• Experience closing inbound leads of mixed warmth, including warm audience and cold paid traffic.
• Strong knowledge of your numbers: close rate, show rate, average deal size, and cash collected per month.
