Job summary

Stryker Digital is seeking a results-driven Closer to convert inbound demand into new clients for our fast-growing home services marketing agency. The role focuses on high-ticket offers closed in a one-call motion with payment collected on the call.

You will run booked demos from inbound channels, hit monthly targets for close rate, cash collected, and new MRR, and keep the CRM clean with accurate forecast. This full-time remote position offers OTE $150k and coverage across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2k+/mo retainers or $5k+ one-time) via phone/Zoom.
• Closed inbound leads from mixed warmth — warm audience and paid traffic.
• Knows close rate, show rate, average deal size, and cash collected monthly.
• Experience selling to small business owners; home services (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) preferred.
• Structured, repeatable sales process with proven objection handling; collects payment on the call.

Responsibilities

• Run booked demos from inbound channels, diagnosing prospects, pitching, handling objections, and collecting payment on the call.
• Hit monthly targets for close rate, cash collected, and new MRR.
• Own the pipeline from booked call to signed client: prep, qualification, daily follow-ups, open pipeline.
• Keep the CRM clean with notes, stages, and accurate forecast.
• Protect quality of sale: close right-fit home service owners and set expectations so clients stay.
• Feed lead-quality and objection insights back to marketing to sharpen targeting.
• Review your call recordings and participate in weekly tape review to sharpen the pitch.
