Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is recruiting for a Senior Associate in Structured Trust and Analytics. You will support day-to-day activities for a set of investment vehicles, focusing on CLOs and related financing structures.

You will liaise with collateral managers, onboard new deal closings, review workflows, and train staff on servicing techniques while advancing client and investor relationships across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 2+ years of experience working within an investment firm.
• Experience creating Excel-based models to measure tests and parameters in legal documents (CLOs/Bank Loans).
• Ability to interpret Indentures and Offering Memorandums.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Collateral Managers to strengthen relationships and generate new business leads.
• Assist in onboarding new deal closings per New Deal Setup Procedures.
• Review analyst workflow and train staff on servicing techniques.
• Run hypothetical trades per client instruction and prepare quarterly waterfall disbursements.
