Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company seeks a Senior Consultant, CLO Reporting & Operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, data management, and compliance across CLO platforms. You will partner with investment, legal, trustee, and operations teams to drive controls and efficiency.

You’ll lead onboarding of new CLOs, manage reporting setup, and support warehouse facility transactions while maintaining data integrity and risk controls in a dynamic structured credit environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bank loan operations, CLO administration, or related financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build partnerships across investment, legal, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and validation of CLO reporting and data integrity.
• Coordinate with trustees and internal teams to ensure timely reporting and reconciliations.
• Support onboarding of new CLOs and onboarding of warehouse facilities.
• Oversee amendments, waivers, and data quality controls across portfolios.
• Deliver recurring operational and management reports to investment teams.
