Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a CLO Structuring Desk Associate in New York to support the structuring and execution of CLO transactions. You will work with senior structurers and syndicate teams to analyze collateral pools, model economics, and assist with new issuance and refinancing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years in financial services.
SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/79 licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.
Strong analytical, modeling, and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

Support structuring and execution of CLO transactions.
Set up and run CLO models for investor and rating agency use.
Analyze collateral portfolios and monitor market developments.
Prepare structuring materials, deal memos, and investor presentations.
Manage administrative elements (NDAs, rating agency engagement).
