Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Senior Consultant, CLO Reporting & Operations to support the CLO platform across reporting, data integrity, compliance monitoring, and trade processing. You will partner with investment, legal, trustee, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

This role offers exposure to a sophisticated bank loan and structured credit environment with opportunities to lead onboarding of new CLOs, improve processes, and strengthen controls across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bank loan operations, CLO administration, structured finance, investment operations, or a related financial services environment.
• Knowledge of syndicated bank loans, CLO structures, settlements, trustee reporting, or investment operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working across multiple systems and managing complex reconciliations and data validation activities.
• Ability to build strong partnerships across investment, legal, compliance, operations, trustees, and external service providers.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO reporting, data integrity, and delivery of AIMCO reporting and compliance outputs.
• Review and reconcile monthly/quarterly cash, compliance, and performance reports for alignment with trustee records.
• Collaborate with trustees to identify/report discrepancies and improve reporting processes.
• Onboard new CLOs, implement checklists, set up reporting, and maintain ongoing activities.
• Support new warehouse facilities, including borrowing requests and reconciliations with structuring banks.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful execution of new transactions.
• Maintain accurate bank loan and AIMCO trade processing, including allocations, confirmations, settlements, and enrichment.
• Coordinate legal documentation and data across Front Office, Legal, Trustees, and operations.
• Serve as a backup resource for loan and AIMCO trade settlements.
