Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in financial services preferred.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63 & Series 79 licenses required within 180 days OR equivalent.
• Unlicensed candidates must obtain registrations within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of new issue, reset, and refinancing CLO transactions.
• Set up and run CLO models for investor and rating agency purposes.
• Analyze collateral portfolios and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare structuring materials, deal memos, and investor presentations.
• Monitor warehouse activity and track CLO market developments.
