JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a self-motivated Associate on the CLO structuring team in New York.

You will work in an intellectually rigorous environment with hands-on training from senior members in analysis and modeling of CLOs, collaborating across credit, leveraged loan trading, sales, and syndicate within a leading markets business. Qualifications

• Prior experience in CLOs, leveraged finance, or related credit markets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel; Python/VBA a plus.
• Strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Licences: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 required.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and run CLO cash flow models; produce analytics for marketing, execution, and internal review.
• Develop familiarity with rating agency models, Intex; reconcile cash flows across platforms.
• Analyze loan portfolios; distill metrics, risks, and performance drivers for structuring decisions.
• Learn and apply rating agency criteria; support ratings process deliverables.
• Support document workflows; review comments with counsel; verify updates.
• Ensure consistency between deal documentation and modeling assumptions.
• Respond to investor analytics requests; summarize results for senior leads.
• Prepare and update investor marketing materials, pitch books, and deal outputs.
• Support transaction timelines and close process; coordinate across teams.
• Monitor warehouse / ramp status and collateral; flag deviations and risks.
• Identify tasks for automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Manage junior workflow and review analysts’ work.
