Job summary

Terros Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Clinician Technician to help provide a safe, supportive residential environment. You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management while coordinating care for clients.

You will support clients with Independent Living Skills, health and wellness activities, transportation, rehabilitation and vocational training, and manage the medication process with diligent clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 1.5+ years of relevant behavioral health experience or equivalent education.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona Driver License and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management, crisis management and coordination of care.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development, transportation and crisis management.
