Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to create a safe residential environment, engage clients in skills training, and coordinate care across screenings, assessments, and treatment planning. The role emphasizes direct client support, Independent Living Skills, health promotion, and crisis management within an in-office setting.

Responsibilities include medication oversight and clinical documentation while contributing to professional growth through supervision and ongoing CEU

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Or an associate degree in a behavioral health field.
• Or a bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field.
• Or a non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree with one year of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management, crisis management and coordination of care.
• Provide direct support to clients, engaging in Independent Living Skills (ILS), health and wellness promotion, personal assistance, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and transportation services.
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Support ongoing professional growth and supervision opportunities.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health

Non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree + 1 year behavioral health experience
