Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruitment Lead to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for BCBA roles across its Arizona clinics. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, partner with clinical leadership, and host local recruitment events to attract top talent.

You will drive candidate experience, conduct proactive outreach via Indeed and LinkedIn, and ensure timely, transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, clinician roles preferred.
• Deep understanding of clinician hiring, credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in ATS systems (Fountain) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offers.
• Build candidate pipelines to support BCBA hiring needs.
• Host in-person events to engage local BCBA talent.
• Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Proactive outreach via Indeed, LinkedIn, and calls to generate top applications.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align hiring strategies with growth.
