Coordinate with clinical leadership to schedule second round interviews in a timely manner.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Conduct proactive outreach efforts, including cold outreach through channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and phone calls with the objective to generate additional top quality applications.
