Summary of the Position:The Clinician is responsible for implementing and facilitating the clinical components of the Dallas Program at Youth Advocate Programs (YAP). This role includes leading up to two psychotherapy groups per week using the Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) curriculum. The Clinician may also provide individual and family psychotherapy services to program participants as needed. All services must be delivered in accordance with YAP policies, applicable federal and state regulations, and with fidelity to the SPARCS model.
