Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Part-Time Clinician to implement and facilitate the clinical components of the Dallas Program, including leading SPARCS groups for adolescents.

The Clinician may also provide individual and family psychotherapy, deliver services per policies and regulations, and maintain fidelity to SPARCS, while coordinating with a team and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health or mental health field.
• Current Texas licensure as LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LSW preferred.
• Experience providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy services to adolescents and families preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and experience working with youth who have experienced chronic stress, trauma, or behavioral health challenges preferred.
• Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups and implement evidence-based practices with fidelity to established treatment models.

Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate the clinical components of the Dallas Program at Youth Advocate Programs (YAP).
• Lead up to two psychotherapy groups per week using SPARCS curriculum.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services as needed.
• Deliver services in accordance with YAP policies and applicable regulations and with fidelity to SPARCS.
