Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Dallas seeks a part-time Clinician to deliver SPARCS-based clinical services, lead up to two psychotherapy groups per week, and provide individual or family therapy as needed, all in fidelity with YAP policies.

Candidates need a Master’s in a behavioral health field and active Texas licensure (LCPC/LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW) or an approved supervision plan; experience with adolescents, trauma-informed care, solid documentation, and EHR proficiency are preferred; evenings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health or mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, MFT).
• Current Texas licensure as LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LSW preferred.
• Must be in good standing with licensure board and maintain credentials.
• Supervision agreement may be considered for provisional/associate licensure.
• Experience with adolescents and families; trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to two psychotherapy groups per week using SPARCS curriculum.
• Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy as needed.
• Deliver services in accordance with YAP policies and SPARCS fidelity.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within timeframes.
