Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical applications, customer success, implementation, training, or workflow optimization.
• Highschool/GED and seven (7) years of experience in the same domain.
• Two (2) years of customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting, adoption, training, or implementation.
• Experience with clinician productivity solutions (e.g., Fluency Direct) and related workflow technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within Canada.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Canadian customers and internal teams to support adoption, optimization, and customer success objectives.
• Develop and execute customer adoption plans, success metrics, and optimization strategies.
• Deliver customer training, workflow assessments, readiness sessions, and post-go-live optimization reviews.
• Monitor utilization trends, identify adoption barriers, and recommend best practices to improve outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
