Solventum is seeking a Clinician Solution Adoption Specialist for its Canadian Health Information Systems team. The role combines adoption, training, change management, and customer success to optimize clinician workflows and maximize solution utilization across Canada.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical applications, customer success, implementation, training, or workflow optimization.
  • Highschool/GED and seven (7) years of experience in the same domain.
  • Two (2) years of customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting, adoption, training, or implementation.
  • Experience with clinician productivity solutions (e.g., Fluency Direct) and related workflow technologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within Canada.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
