Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field is required.
• LCSW must be licensed within 6 months of hire.
• LADCI must be licensed within 1 year of hire.
• LMHC must be licensed within 2 years of hire.
• Previous professional clinical work with crisis intervention and residential work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to strengthen the agency’s network.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings.
• Provide clinical consultation and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and critical incident reviews.
