Job summary

Restored Life Counseling in Glendale / North Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Arizona associate-level clinician (LAC, LAMFT or LMSW) to carry a clinical caseload under supervision while working toward independent licensure.

This supervised role allows you to see real clients in person and by telehealth within a structured framework that counts hours toward licensure. The position is hourly with no traditional benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Arizona licensure at associate level (LAC, LAMFT or LMSW).
• Willingness to be supervised and to follow supervisor decisions.
• Ability to document to a standard that will survive Board review.
• Able to work in person in the Phoenix metro; telehealth is part of the practice.
• Able to affirm and work within the practice's Christian statement of faith.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of individual, couples and family clients, in person and by telehealth.
• Complete documentation within the practice's timeliness standard and bring it to your supervisor for review.
• Bring cases forward before they are in trouble and participate in case consultation.
• Practice within your license and your scope; be accountable for knowledge and standards.
• Keep your Arizona licensure current and provide advance notice of renewal dates.
