Job summary

Restored Life Counseling in the Glendale/North Phoenix area seeks an independently licensed Arizona clinician to carry a clinical caseload of individual, couples and family work, in person and by telehealth.

This is a clinical, non-leadership position with a focus on fidelity to professional standards. You will be paid hourly, with an emphasis on timely documentation and collaboration in case consultations.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unrestricted Arizona independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or LIAC).
• Post-licensure experience carrying a full caseload with documentation.
• Comfort with insurance-based care and payer requirements.
• Ability to work in person in the Phoenix metro area; telehealth is also utilized.
• Ability to affirm and work within the practice's Christian statement of faith.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of individual, couples and family clients, in person and by telehealth.
• Complete documentation within the practice's timeliness standard.
• Participate in case consultation.
• Practice within your license and scope; maintain professional standards.
• Keep your Arizona licensure current and provide renewal dates in advance.
