Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Arizona licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision under the Arizona Board rules.
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical practice.
• Demonstrated depth in a definable clinical specialty (e.g., couples and family for LMFT).
• Willingness to hold directive authority and document supervision to board standards.
• Able to work in person in the Phoenix metro; telehealth is allowed but not fully remote.
• Able to affirm and work within the practice's Christian statement of faith.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of individual, couples and family clients, in person and by telehealth.
• Complete documentation within the practice's timeliness standard.
• Participate in case consultation.
• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensure clinicians (up to ten supervisees).
• Deliver and document supervision to the required standard.
• Review and co-sign supervisee documentation.
• Carry directive clinical authority over supervised cases.
• Give advance notice of license and supervisor-qualification renewals.
• Build a clinical service line around intake, screening, outcomes, and supervision standards.
• Develop couples and family work as the primary service line if possible.
• Help define operational needs: scheduling, session length, documentation, and billing scope.
• If applicable, manage workload through caseload or supervisee count
• Operate within TherapyNotes for documentation and scheduling.
