Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling in Gilbert, AZ is seeking clinicians pursuing Arizona licensure as an LPC to join our expanding care team. This role supports clients across the country via a hybrid model combining in-office and telehealth work.

Candidates must be within 45 minutes of the Gilbert office, enrolled in an approved 60-credit hour program, and prepared to conduct intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician pursuing Arizona State Licensure as LPC.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Gilbert office.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety preferred.
• Independent licensure path with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Conduct intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision (preferred).
• Maintain a caseload of regular sessions with availability around 30 hours per week.
• Collaborate with a clinical team in a hybrid office/telehealth model.
