Third Space Therapy is seeking Licensed Supervisors to oversee clinical work and mentor Associate Therapists in Arizona. You will provide supervision remotely, helping associates gain their required clinical hours for licensure while enjoying flexibility in your schedule. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling required.
Valid LPC license in good standing in Arizona is mandatory.
Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor is needed.
Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
Familiarity with clinical documentation and Medicaid guidelines is necessary.
Experience using EHR systems and other digital tools is essential.
A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions is expected.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
