Under the guidance of experienced clinical supervisors, you will provide individual, group, and crisis counseling to patients navigating substance use recovery, mental health challenges, and transitional living. Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active associate-level license with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) (e.g., Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)).
• Clearances: Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Competencies: Strong understanding of therapeutic boundaries, cultural humility, excellent written communication, and a passionate drive to serve vulnerable populations.
