Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and in good standing in a accredited master's or doctoral program in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
• Practicum or internship placement approved by your academic program, with written confirmation from your program.
• A faculty or program-director reference.
• Able to work in person in the Phoenix metro (telehealth allowed, not fully remote).
• Able to affirm and work within the practice's Christian statement of faith.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of individual, couples and family clients under supervision, in person and by telehealth, built up as your competence and your schedule allow.
• Write your clinical documentation and submit it for your supervisor's review and co-signature, within the practice's timeliness standard.
• Meet with your clinical supervisor on a scheduled basis, and be observed.
• Participate in case consultation with the clinical team.
• Practice within the scope your program and supervisor set for you, bringing anything outside it to your supervisor.
