Behavior Therapist – San Lorenzo, California

Kelton Company is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Therapist (BT) to join our growing team in San Lorenzo, California. This is an opportunity to work with a clinically owned and clinically operated ABA company that values quality care, strong clinical guidance, and meaningful relationships with clients and staff.

As a BT, you will provide direct one-to-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and/or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate session data, support skill acquisition programs, and use behavior intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism.
