Job summary

Kelton Company, a clinically owned and operated ABA provider in Poway, California, seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team.

You will deliver direct one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors regarding client progress and session updates.
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration as assigned.
• Follow all ethical, professional, and safety standards related to ABA service delivery.
