Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support clinical directions for a client caseload under supervision of a Behavior Analyst. You will work across centers, homes, and school settings to deliver ABA services with fidelity.

You will supervise technicians, implement protocols, collect data, and collaborate with families and teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and their families. This role requires a BA/BACBA licensure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BaCBA) and/or license as required by local statutes.
• Ability to develop goals and plans to manage and prioritize work.
• Strong problem solving and option evaluation skills.
• Clear written communication suited to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Deliver clinical and professional feedback to staff.
